Return & Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? Have a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return/exchange in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.
Send the returned purchase in its original packaging back to our return center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
-Purchase can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all product are intact.
Your Order will be fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
